42nd Annual Causeway Run & Fitness Walk

Scheduled for the 11th of April, 2026, the 42nd Annual promises to be even bigger and better. This year’s event will also follow the 6.2 mile (10K) course starting at the Port Isabel Event & Cultural Center, continuing on to the Queen Isabella Causeway and over the Laguna Madre Bay and ending in front of Beach Waterpark on South Padre Island. Awards and snacks will be held immediately following the race/walk inside Beach Waterpark on South Padre Island.

Center. Fitness Walk starts at the Port Isabel Event & Cultural Center at 7:30 a.m.
